Cyclone Relief: Find Financial Help Here
If you were affected by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, both the state and federal governments are offering financial help. Check out these links to see what you might be eligible for:

Help Hubs Now Moving Around Redlands
If you're still feeling the effects of Cyclone Alfred, help is here! Community Recovery Hubs are moving to new spots across the Redlands this week to make sure everyone gets support close to home. Check out the new locations and times here, and remember, a 24/7 hotline is available on 1800 116 671. Share this with anyone who might need a hand!

Update: Green Waste Sites Closing
The extra green waste sites set up after Cyclone Alfred are closed down yesterday, March 18th at 6pm. That includes Cleveland Showgrounds, Giles Road, and Botanix. But the Redland Bay and Birkdale recycling centers are still open with extended hours if you need to dispose of more waste.

Update: Power Being Restore
Energex crews are working around the clock to restore power after Ex-TC Alfred, with thousands of homes reconnected and more expected soon. They're focusing on various areas, including parts of Redlands, so please be patient and respectful to the crews; abuse is unacceptable and it only slows restoration. If you have electrical damage, get it fixed by an electrician, and report any fallen powerlines to 13 62 62. Community Recovery Hubs are open for questions.

Update: Green Waste Pickup
Redland City Council started the cyclone-related green waste kerbside collection on Sunday evening, March 16th and it's still ongoing. The collection is a large job and may take more than a week or two to complete, so let's be patient and ensure we've placed our waste correctly for collection. If you have any questions, or don’t have the right equipment to clear debris and get it onto your kerbside, or have mobility or health issues and need assistance, please check the Redland Recovery webpage to register for support.
