Fires break out. Last Monday, two fires broke out in waste and recycling trucks in Capalaba (watch the video here)—all because of batteries tossed in the bin. The Cent Auction is Back

The Cancer Council Queensland, Redlands Volunteer Branch is hosting their popular Non-Stop Cent Auction this Saturday, 7 June from 1:30 to 4:30pm at Star of the Sea Parish, Cleveland. There'll be amazing deals like 100 prizes, raffles, lucky door draws and a lovely afternoon tea. So join the fun, bid on awesome items, win some goodies, and help raise funds for cancer research.
