Redland Hospital celebrated the arrival of their first baby of the new year - a precious girl born to first-time parents Natasha and Shaun on January 1st! A big congratulations to them and the amazing Redland Women's and Children's team who helped welcome this little miracle!

Back-to-School Donations Drive

Want to give back to the community? The Redland Community Centre is collecting essential school supplies to help local kids get ready for the new school year. Feel free to drop off new or gently used books, pencils, pens, highlighters, calculators, USB drives, lunchboxes, drink bottles, backpacks, and display folders from 9am on Mondays and Wednesdays. Let's work together to ensure every child has the tools they need to succeed!

Hex Bug Mayhem at Cleveland Library

If your kid(s) is a LEGO builder and robot enthusiast, let them join a free school holiday program at Cleveland Library where kids aged 6 and up will have a blast building amazing LEGO mazes and obstacle courses for their Hex Bugs to navigate - all materials provided! Book your spot and join the fun from 10:30am today, Wednesday, January 8th, 2025.

Origami Workshop for Kids

Today (Wednesday, January 8th), Victoria Point Library is hosting a free Origami workshop where kids aged 8 and up can learn the art of paper folding and twisting to create amazing paper animals. Book your spot to join the fun from 2pm and let your kid(s) enhance their creativity with this fun and engaging activity.

Redlands Youth Festival

"Take it to the Streets," a free event packed with exciting activities for Redland residents aged 10-18, is happening from 3-7pm on January 8th and 15th and it's gonna be fun. Come join the fun at the Redlands Youth Plaza and show off your skills in FIBA 3x3 basketball, soccer, or boxfit, compete in E-Games, try pickleball, or just hang out with friends and enjoy the music.
