$285M Funding for Sports & Parks
Our local projects are in the running for over $285 million in funding to make upgrades for sports venues' lights and a glow-up for the Wiliam Taylor Memorial Sports Precinct. Plus, new parks, fresh open spaces, and community upgrades to jive with new housing. This is because we're part of the SEQ Liveability Fund.
Redland City Council is all in, and ready to submit detailed applications to make these projects a reality. A final decision on funding of the projects will be made after assessment of detailed applications in 2024. Let's keep our fingers crossed for a Redlands win.
The end of an era: Whisky Business has closed permanently
Our fave café with the killer macarons, epic breakfast, and high teas, sadly closed its doors after 10 amazing years. Here's a huge THANK YOU to them for making Whisky Business feel like home to all of us!
A Property Beyond Compare
This one isn’t in the Redlands, but you won’t hold it against us…
The top-floor apartment in Solito’s North Tower is your ticket to a resort-inspired lifestyle right next to Westfield Carindale and lush parkland. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a secure parking to call your own, it's not just a home – it's a lifestyle upgrade.
Inside, you have wide plank flooring, 2.7m ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in all the sunshine and greenery. Plus, there's A/C, ceiling fans, and mirrored built-in robes in both bedrooms. The living area opens up to a chill balcony with mountain-view that'll make your morning coffee even better.
If you're feeling extra fancy, there's a pool, gym, media room, BBQs, and visitor parking area at your disposal.
The best part? The Body Corporate fees is just $106 per week and it covers building insurance.
Don't just dream of this lifestyle, live it. Click here to book an inspection with Luke Humphrys.

Crazy Deals Alert
The fruit prices at this shopping centre are crazy. It's probably the only place in the Redlands where you can get 1 cent cucumbers, 48 cent sweet potatoes, 5 cent lemons, and more - the list just goes on.
Prices like these are the real MVPs, and they're waiting for you at Lakeside Shopping Centre, Victoria Point. So go shop local (coz I definitely am) and fill your cart without breaking the bank. Check them out on Facebook.
