Local Star Shayna Jack Strikes Gold in Paris

Huge congrats to our very own Shayna Jack for winning gold in the Women's 4x100m Freestyle relay at the Paris Olympics! Shayna's always been a bright medal prospect, and it's amazing to see her shine on the world stage.

Wellington Street Upgrade Nearing Completion!

The Wellington Street/Panorama Drive road upgrade is in its final stages. The final stretch of work is underway, with crews laying the top layer of asphalt. This is exciting news, as it means smoother roads are just around the corner!

They've said they might need to do some work at night or on weekends to get that perfect smooth finish, so expect some noise and maybe a few detours. But hey, it's all worth it for a better road, right?
