Redland City Gets New CEO

Louise Rusan is Redland City's new CEO! She'll be helping shape the city's future with the tons of experience she has under her belt, including 15 years with the council. She's officially in the role now. Congratulations, Louise!

Capalaba's Getting a $250M Makeover

The old library in Capalaba is being demolished to make way for a new community hub with arts facilities and office space. The Mayor said it's a "transformative development" and part of a $250M project to turn Capalaba into a vibrant center. Demolition starts late February, so expect some changes around town for about six months.

Join Clean Up Australia Day & Help Keep Redland Beautiful

Clean Up Australia Day 2025 is on Sunday, March 2nd. Let's come together to keep our city clean. The Council's providing skip bins or kerbside wheelie bins for registered clean-up events. So register your event or find one to join at cleanupaustraliaday.org.au. Let's make Redlands proud!

Muddies Rugby Ground Closed for 2 Years

Judy Holt Reserve, home of the Redlands Rugby Union Club, is now closed for two years for a $34 million makeover. The club is looking for temporary fields for 400+ players.
