Best Greek in the Redlands

Wellington Point's best kept secret? Not anymore.

Hellenic Street Food is serving up authentic Greek cuisine cooked over charcoal β€” think juicy Yiros, fresh dips, and pita bread done properly. Chicken, pork, lamb or halloumi, there's something for everyone. Whether it's a quick lunch or a family dinner, it's the kind of food that hits the spot every time.

Feeling the Greek vibes? There's also a Greek Festival on at Mt Gravatt Showgrounds this Saturday β€” see Events below for details. Hellenic Street Food is the perfect warm-up. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡·

πŸ“ 17/685 Old Cleveland Road, Wellington Point Β· Tue–Sun, 11am–8pm

Redlands local advances on Australian Idol

Something exciting is happening beyond the College grounds. One of our students, Asher, has advanced to the live rounds of Australian Idol 2026. Could this be the year a rapper wins Australian Idol?

Community Moment

Someone in Alexandra Hills placed a big order this week.

A giant burger and chips were spotted cruising through the streets of Alexandra Hills on the back of a truck β€” and locals are asking the important questions. Who ordered the McMassive meal, and more importantly, what's the cost on one of those bad boys? πŸ”πŸ”₯

Spotted something worth sharing in the Redlands? Send it through β€” we love a good local moment.
