The kids are back at school and the house is (hopefully!) returning to its usual routine – the school holidays are officially over!

The swimming enclosure at Pat's Park on Macleay Island is currently closed for maintenance. But it won't be for long as Council officers are working hard to get it reopened as soon as possible.

Willards Farm is Almost Ready for Takeoff

Willards Farm's historic farmhouse and outbuildings are all spruced up, and temporary restrooms are being installed by mid-February. Landscaping is also about to begin, so get ready to explore this heritage gem later this year.

Free Pancakes to Celebrate Prep Students

To celebrate the start of Prep for local children, Schmoffee is giving away free pancakes with the purchase of a full-priced meal (dine-in only) from January 25th to 31st. That includes a triple stack of mini fluffy pancakes served with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup.

So if you'd like to treat your little one to a special breakfast or lunch, then head down to Schmoffee and enjoy a pancake feast. The restaurant will be closed on January 27th for the public holiday.
